Minutes
The meeting was commenced at 1 PM Central via online conference. Attending were Executive Committee Members Dan Power, Ilze Zigurs, and Chelley Vician. Also in attendance were MWAIS'06 Conference Chairs Simha Magal and Paul Leidig.
Minutes of the March 6 meeting were approved.
The MWAIS'06 initial program is complete. It will feature two parallel sessions (24 papers total), expanded to three sessions where necessary to fit in tutorials, etc. Placement of the doctoral session with Gordon Davis, panel(s), and guest speakers remains to be determined.
The MWAIS'06 registration system is working and has been announced to ISWorld. Printed receipts will be provided at the conference.
The MWAIS Executive Committee tentatively plans to meet at the conference at 11 am Friday, May 5th. The location and time will be confirmed at a later date.
A proposal for the MWAIS'07 conference is under review by the Executive Committee.
The next meeting was scheduled to be held via online conference at 1 PM Central on Monday, April 3. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 1:45 PM Central.
